Friends, the internet just keeps giving – like this story of a Taiwanese Councilor, a well-known politician, who passed away at the age of 76 in December 2016. Of course, the local Taiwanese News would cover such a story –
ESPECIALLY WHEN HE HAS A POLE DANCING FUNERAL PROCESSION!
Thanks as always to the great Reporters at “RocketNews24.com”, who explain how this wacky funeral happened:
“Telling his brother via a dream through the afterlife two days before the funeral, local councilor Tung Hsiang wanted a funeral procession of jeeps with poles sticking out the top and 50 beautiful dancers using those poles the best way they knew how!”
While I don’t speak or understand Taiwanese, the following news story makes it clear that this was a public procession, as you can see from all of the pictures shared on social media of the event:
